 Making brains OF coverlet Patterns
There are factually thousands of coverlet patterns already in existence, and more being intended everyday. If you are a start quilter it is best to attach to the simpler patterns. As you become more experienced, you will never run out of new patterns to try.
Some examples of easy patterns use squares. A Four scrap uses four squares of fabric sewn together to make one block. A Nine scrap uses nine small squares to make up one block. Different prints and insignia can be varied and matched to make different looks with these essential blocks. A twice Nine scrap is made up of nine 4inch squares. The center tetragon is alienated into nine 1 13 creep squares. Traditionally the large squares are cut from 4 shady and 4 light fabrics, while the small squares are cut from 4 light and 5 average tinted fabrics. tint combination may be diverse to make different patterns.
